Return & Exchange Policy
If your order doesn’t fit quite right or you’ve received a defective item, we’re here to make it right.
Returns & Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:
- Size-related exchanges
- Manufacturing defects
- Incorrect items delivered
All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by writing to us at support@houseofbindiya.com.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- One-time exchange per order is permitted
We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for:
- Customised or altered garments
- Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer exceeding 10% discount
- Items showing visible signs of wear or use
Return Pick-Up:
Once your request is approved, a pick-up will be scheduled at your address within 2–5 working days. In areas where return service is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the item.
Refund Policy
All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credits, redeemable only on our website.
Store Credit Terms:
- Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
- Non-transferable and cannot be extended
- Applicable only on the official House of Bindiya website
Additional Guidelines
- If the replacement size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued in lieu.
- In the event of repeated failed return pickups due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the return request may be cancelled.
- Order once placed, cannot be cancelled.
- Return shipping is free for the first exchange. For subsequent requests, a nominal shipping fee of ₹199 will apply.
