Return & Exchange Policy

If your order doesn’t fit quite right or you’ve received a defective item, we’re here to make it right.

Returns & Exchanges are accepted in the following cases:

  • Size-related exchanges
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect items delivered

All return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery by writing to us at support@houseofbindiya.com.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • One-time exchange per order is permitted

We are unable to accept returns/exchanges for:

  • Customised or altered garments
  • Products purchased during a sale or promotional offer exceeding 10% discount
  • Items showing visible signs of wear or use

Return Pick-Up:
Once your request is approved, a pick-up will be scheduled at your address within 2–5 working days. In areas where return service is unavailable, you may be required to self-ship the item.

Refund Policy

All approved refunds will be issued as Store Credits, redeemable only on our website.

Store Credit Terms:

  • Valid for 3 months from the date of issue
  • Non-transferable and cannot be extended
  • Applicable only on the official House of Bindiya website

Additional Guidelines

  • If the replacement size or product is unavailable, store credit will be issued in lieu.
  • In the event of repeated failed return pickups due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the return request may be cancelled.
  • Order once placed, cannot be cancelled.
  • Return shipping is free for the first exchange. For subsequent requests, a nominal shipping fee of 199 will apply.
